Wonderful Stay in a Central Location
wide selection comfortable bed large bathroom
The breakfast offered a wide selection (I especially enjoyed the variety of cheeses). My room included a coffee machine, which I found very convenient. The bed was comfortable, so I slept well . The bathroom was large with great amenities.
The view from my room wasn't particularly noteworthy.

The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to shopping and dining options. Many points of interest are within easy walking distance (which I really appreciated). Taxis are readily available nearby.

clean room central location
the room was very clean and modern. the hotel is located centrally and near many restaurants and souvenir shops for exploration. i could easily walk to the iconic church in about 10 minutes.
the telephone sometimes took a while for the staff to pick up.

delicious breakfast hot dish convenient location loud noise defensive staff refund process
i stayed for several nights and found the breakfast to be delicious with extensive offerings. i especially liked hot dishes made to order and prepared quickly. the hotel's location was excellent and very convenient.
i experienced a loud service door slamming right outside my room, waking me up repeatedly. i reported the noise, but the issue persisted. the staff's response felt defensive, and they refused to email me confirming the refund process.

modern decor excellent breakfast high quality option extra spa fee parking situation unaware staff
The room was quite spacious. I enjoyed the modern decor and the cleanliness of the facilities. Breakfast was excellent. I particularly appreciated the wide variety of high-quality options.
I was disappointed that the spa access cost extra. Paying a daily fee felt excessive for the hotel guests. The parking situation was not ideal. It was difficult to find a spot nearby for the car. The staff seemed unaware of parking alternatives.
